pka500 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pka500," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the pka500 platform accessible at pka500.net.
• "Platform" means the pka500 website, its sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and all associated digital content accessible at pka500.net.

To register and use the pka500 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pka500 strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under 21 years old. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned at pka500's discretion following investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, and automated agents are not permitted to register accounts on pka500.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any time when requested by pka500 for KYC purposes.

• You must not be self-excluded or excluded from pka500 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not already hold an existing active pka500 Account. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the platform.

To access real-money games and betting markets on pka500, you must create a registered Account. The following terms govern the registration process and the ongoing management of your pka500 Account:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Each User is permitted to hold one and only one pka500 Account. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all balances across all associated accounts.

• pka500 reserves the right to terminate any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects that the Account is being used in a fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited manner.

All financial transactions on pka500 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and general financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

pka500 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and direct inter-bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by method and are displayed on the deposit screen within your Account at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on pka500 is PKR 200 per transaction.
• pka500 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pka500 Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your pka500 Account. pka500 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. pka500 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account at the time of request.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before requirements are met, unless pka500 at its discretion decides otherwise.
• pka500 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request and may delay processing pending the outcome of such checks.

pka500 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible pka500 Users only. pka500 reserves the right to limit or exclude any User from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your pka500 Account separately from Real Money Funds. In most cases, Real Money Funds are wagered first; however, the applicable bonus terms will specify the wagering order for each promotion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• pka500 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where pka500 determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, irregular wagering patterns, or any activity intended to circumvent bonus terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom shall be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before applicable wagering requirements have been met, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Participation in any pka500 promotion constitutes your acceptance of both these general bonus terms and the specific terms attached to that promotion.

The pka500 platform provides access to games supplied by third-party certified game studios. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.

• pka500 does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined by the game's certified RNG. pka500 accepts no responsibility for the technical operation of third-party game content, except where a malfunction directly results from pka500's own systems.
• In the event of a game or software malfunction that results in an incorrect display of game outcome or balance, pka500 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the wagered amount to the User's Wallet.
• All bets placed on pka500 are final once confirmed by the platform. Users cannot cancel, reverse, or alter a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set by pka500 at its discretion. pka500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or void any betting market or individual wager where it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, error in odds setting, or integrity concerns.
• The displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentage for any game represents the long-term average return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pka500 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account on the pka500 platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or in connection with any KYC verification process.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pka500 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, perform, or create derivative works from any pka500 content without prior written authorisation from pka500.
• Third-party game content accessed via the pka500 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider. Your use of such content is subject to the terms of that provider's licence agreement with pka500.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pka500 limits its liability to Users as follows:

• pka500 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pka500 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results displayed in the event of a technical error, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
• pka500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if pka500 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• pka500's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your pka500 Wallet at the time the claim arises.
• pka500 is not responsible for internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that may affect your access to or use of the platform.

pka500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity as set out in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pka500.
• Any technical or regulatory reason requiring pka500 to suspend or close accounts in a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

In the event that your Account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, pka500 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance. Where termination is not related to a breach by you, pka500 will use reasonable efforts to return any remaining Real Money Funds to you via your registered payment method after completing any required verification process.

You may also request voluntary closure of your pka500 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once any outstanding wagering requirements have been settled and all pending withdrawals have been completed.

pka500 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a pka500 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the pka500 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka500 is licensed and operated.
